Jani is the Associate Director for the Professional Athletes & Entertainers Practice at McGowan PAE. She specializes in offering customized commercial insurance solutions for professional athletes and entertainers, directors, TV and movie producers, screenwriters, ballclub owners, front office personnel, coaches, and Family Offices. Jani educates her clients on the unique insurance protection for their Foundations, NIL liability and property exposures for high school and college athletes, LLCs, charity events, sports camps, websites, celebrity appearances, shell corporations, commercial endeavors, singing tours, unique collections, as well as disability and health insurance.

Jani’s approach identifies coverage gaps while managing to protect her clients’ unique liability and property exposures.

She has over twenty-five years of experience in insurance consulting on behalf of her clients in the professional sports and entertainment fields. Jani has been an invited panelist and speaker at various universities and seminars. She is on The Cleveland Advisory Board of the Concussion Legacy Foundation and a member of the Sports Lawyers Association. Jani attended both the University of Wisconsin Stout and the
University of Minnesota.

Jani enjoys golf and volunteers as a Disaster Action Team member for the American Red Cross, frequently deploying to national disasters. She resides in Seven Hills, Ohio with her husband, John. They have four children, three grandchildren and Tug, their mini Golden doodle.
